Kogi State Government has Graded the stool of Oba Ikeji of Mopa, in Mopamuro Local Government to 3rd class status with effect from 26th September, 2023.
It is on this note that Voice of Mopamuro Youths (VOMY) congratulate the Onikeji, Ikeji Community and good people of Mopamuro.
This appointment and grading stands as a testament to the importance and significance of the Ikeji Community in the history of Mopa, Mopamuro, and Kogi State Traditional Council at large.
VOMY is elated because we are sure this grading will enable other traditional stool within Mopamuro, Kogi State and Nigeria work with the Onikeji more seamlessly to enable Mopamuro achieve the due development it deserves.
We also appreciate Kogi State Government under Governor Yahaya Bello for finding the Onikeji worthy of this Grading.
