“You have made history by becoming the 5th civilian Governor of our State, and the second from the Ebira ethnic group.

“You ran a remarkable campaign that inspired millions of Kogites with your vision, integrity, and passion.

We are confident that under your leadership, Kogi State will become one of the sub-national pilots for the Federal Government’s programmes in food security, poverty eradication, job creation, fight against corruption, and overall economic growth.

As a youth, we are also excited that you have promised to prioritize the empowerment and inclusion of the youth in your administration.

You have recognized the potential and talent of the youth, and pledged to create opportunities and platforms for them to contribute to the development of our State.

You have also assured the youth that you will address their challenges and concerns, and protect their rights and interests.

You have given us hope and confidence in the future of our State, and we are looking up to you and the new government to deliver on your promises and expectations.

We are ready to support you and work with you to make Kogi State a model of good governance, peace, and prosperity.

Please accept our heartfelt congratulations, and my sincere appreciation for your service to our State in advance.

You are in my prayers, and I wish you success in all your endeavors.
