Engr. Joseph Olusegun Stephen popularly known as JOS whose name was mentioned by Governor Ahmed Usman as one of the commissioner nominees yesterday at the inauguration ground, has expressed nothing other than immeasurable joy to Governor Yahaya Bello, the immediate past governor of the state and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo the newly sworn in 5th Executive Governor of Kogi State for finding him worthy of this rare privilege to serve with him in the new administration of Consolidation and Continuity.
Engr. Joseph who hails from Igbaruku Iyamerin Political ward of Yagba West LGA, Yagba Federal constituency of Kogi West Senatorial District in Kogi State, has proven beyond words to action as an ardent believer and follower of the new direction administration which has birthed the Consolidation and Continuity administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.
According to Engr. JOS, this nomination is a rare privilege that comes with huge task and great expectations and he is ready to deliver in line with the blue print of Gov Ahmed Usman Ododo’s administration.
He pours out specially appreciation to the Chief of Staff to Governor Ahmed Usman, Alhaji Ali Bello otherwise known as Atimpo who he described as a true democrat, reliable leader and the man behind the successful reign of the New Direction Administration and also referred to him as the man behind the beautiful dance and performance of the masquerade.
“I promise to uphold this office alongside the responsibilities that comes with it and to deliver to my very best that will remain commendable before my principal and the entire people of Kogi State in whatsoever capacity i am found worthy to head”.
