Hon. Abdullahi Adamu, Caretaker Chairman of Lokoja LGA, has assumed office amidst wide jubilation from staff and people of the Local Government.
The Chairman who was received at the Lokoja LGC secretariat by management, staff, Party faithful, assured that the security of lives and properties would top his administration priority.
Hon. Abdullahi while addressing the crowd disclosed that security, welfare of staff remains his top priority.
While he appreciated that welfare of workers have remained a challenge over time, promised to improve on the welfare and motivation of workers towards improve productivity.
Similarly, the Council Chairman said he will improve on the health welfare package for staff, pointing out that he will within the available resources Implement program and policies that would improve on the lives and well-being of the people.
He promised a robust youth empowerment programs, assured of very frank and down to earth policies for the people, emphasized on the need to promote the APC, a party that has given him the opportunity to serve.
While he assured Students of the Local Government a sense of belonging within the limit of available resources, promised to give attention to market women to enable them grow their businesses.
