This is to congratulate the Caretaker Chairman of Ijumu Local Government, Alhaji Ibrahim Haruna (DSTV) and his Committee Members on their respective appointments that is saddled with the responsibility of leading our Local Government at this point in time and particularly in a period of government transition.
I want to recognize the immense responsibility that comes with your new role. I have known you and understand that you have consistently demonstrates an exceptional leadership skills and a strong commitment to ethical practices. Your relentless pursuit of excellence has earned you the respect and admiration of your people. The expertise and experience you have garnered over the years in public office will undoubtedly be instrumental in identifying and addressing any situation that you may encounter and thereby helping you in promoting good and credible governance that has been promised by the administration of Governor Yahaya Bello and the incoming governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.
There is no doubt that the security and welfare of all workers and the people including properties are the responsibility of the government and this, we are sure of your capacity to deliver with your wealth of experience as a stakeholder in the outgoing government of Alhaji Yahaya Bello who has shown exemplary leadership in security and has won numerous awards for it in both local and international level.
