As the 2024 Ramadan gradually draws to a close, Muslims have been advised to show Love to others at Ramadan and beyond.
The immediate past Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Kogi State, Hon. Salifu Isah Idachaba, gave the advice in a Chat with our Correspondent.
Hon. Idachaba said Ramadan is a period that afford Muslims opportunity to draw closer to Allah as they take into cognisance, acts that are not pleasing to Allah more than ever before to enable them commune with Allah in holiness and purity of heart.
The Former Commissioner stressed that the Ramadan has also afforded Muslims the opportunity to study the Holy Qur’an and listen to Lectures of various scholars, pointing out that such will go a long way at strengthening their understanding of the Holy Qur’an and the religion.
“Alhamdullilah for everything! We started the 2024 Ramadan and it’s gradually coming to and end
“In this season we are undergoing series of spiritual exercises which are very vital to deepening our relationship with Allah
“My advice to Muslims is that we should remain dedicated to Worshipping Almighty Allah with the whole of our heart and also be our brothers keeper
“Whatever we are doing during the Ramadan, let’s sustain them even after the Holy Month so that we will be able to enjoy more of Allah’s reward both on earth and in thehereafter”, Hon. Idachaba added.
