The Caretaker Chairman of Yagba West Local Government Council, Hon. Tosin Olokun has dissolved the Internal Revenue Committee of the area.
The dissolution was made in a management meeting held on Friday, 12th January, 2024 at his office in Odo-Ere, headquarters of Yagba West Local Government.
This is according to a press statement released by the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Local Government.
Olokun directed all hears of departments to take charge of revenue in their respective departments.
He warned non members of Yagba West Local Government revenue staff to desist from parading themselves as revenue officers of the LGA, directing revenue officers to the treasurer for further directives.
He also asked drivers attached to the ambulance to make judicious use of it with the laid down guidelines, directing all Heads of Departments to be punctual and regular at work, thereby encouraging regular attendance to work of their staff.
