The Caretaker Chairman of Adavi LG, Hon. Rasheed Bashir Okatengwu joins the executive governor of Kogi State, H.E, Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello, CON to commission Itakpe Junction -Nagazi -Total Junction Road of 13.71KM.
The reconstructed and redesigned road by Kogi State Government is the major road that links road users travelling from South-West and South-South to FCT and other Northern parts of Nigeria.
The chairman while responding to newsmen shortly after the commissioning ceremony applauded the Kogi State government and noted that the reconstruction of Itakpe Junction-Nagazi-Total Junction Road will reduce the risk of road accident faced by communities in the past years.
He further noted that government that priotizes developmental projects like this is a blessing to her citizens.
“It is important to understand that this road doesn’t serve Kogi-Central alone but many Nigerians and as such, we should be grateful to Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello, CON for this project. We pray that God Almighty continue to protect him”, the chairman concluded.
