The Nigerian Medical Association, NMA, Kogi State has congratulate Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, and his Deputy Joel Salifu on their Swearing-in as Governor and Deputy Governor of Kogi State respectively.
In a statement signed by NMA Chairman in Kogi State Dr Baoku Olusola and Acting Secretary, Dr Ugoh Stanley noted that, the emergence of Ododo as the Governor marks a new dawn in the history of Kogi State.
The medical body will always give our unflinching support for the administration to succeed in Kogi State.
According to the statement, Ododo and his deputy have been tested and trusted in governance, adding that, they are optimistic for the new administration to build on the legacies of her predecessor.
“The Nigerian Medical Association, (NMA) Kogi State has extend it warmest congratulations to Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo and his Deputy Governor Joel Oyibo Salifu on this momentous occasion. Their inauguration marks a new era for Kogi State, and we are eager to witness the positive changes they will bring.
“We wish your Excellency God’s wisdom, strength, direction, and guidance to deliver on your mandate to the people of Kogi.
“As an Association, we pledge our support to your Government as we commit ourselves to driving healthcare delivery in State optimally to further your laudable objectives of taking the State to the next level’ the statement added.
