2024 RAMADAN: “Remember Nigeria in Your Prayers” – Hon. MKO Arowolo Advice Muslims

As Muslims continues to perform the 2024 Ramadan, they have been advised to remember Nigeria in their prayers.

The Councillor Representing Owode Ibeshe in Ikorodu, Lagos State, Hon. Mathew Kolade Olufemi (MKO) Arowolo, made the call in a telephone interview with our Correspondent.

Dr. MKO who is serving his second tenure as Majority Leader, Igbogbo Bayeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in Lagos State, said it was important prayers be offer to Allah over the Country Nigeria, explaining that such will go a long way at changing her narratives for good.

He noted that the holy month creates opportunity for the people to be closer to Allah in prayers, studying of the holy Qur’an, listening to various teaching, among others, urging Muslims to take advantage of the season to create stronger bond with Allah.

“My advice to the Muslim ummah is to have sober reflection on our Nation – Nigeria, pray to Allah to forgive us our sins

“I also encourage us to be up and doing, be fair and be sincere with ourselves in everything we do”, he stressed.
