In a public communique signed by the Aiyeetan Sunday, Kogi State Polytechnic (KSP) has announced the 4th combined convocation ceremonies of the academic institution.
Aiyeetan Sunday who is the Registrar and Secretary to Council said in the statement that Dr. Salisu Ogbo Usman, on behalf of the Governing Council, Academic Board and Management wishes to inform members of the Academia, Graduands, Parents, Guardians and the General Public, that the 4th Combined Convocation Ceremonies (2013 – 2023 Sets) for the Award of Higher National Diplomas (HND) and National Diplomas (HND) will hold as follows

NOTICE TO GRADUANDS
Payment for Academic Gowns commences immediately. Collection of academic gowns and invitation cards from the office of the Dean, Directorate of Student Services (DSS) begins as from Tuesday, 2nd January, 2024, upon presentation of evidence of payment between the hours of 9:00am- 4:00pm each day.
PAYMENTS
All payments should be made to KOGI POLY CONSULT NIG LTD Account Number: 2032298468 at First Bank PLC. Appropriate Polytechnic receipts should be obtained from Bursary Department prior to the collection of Convocation materials, including:
a. Academic Gowns for National Diploma (ND) Graduands = N5,000
b. Academic Gowns for Higher National Diploma (HND) Graduands = N5,000
Payment commences from Monday 18th December, 2023 to Thursday 4th January, 2024.
GENERAL NOTICE
ONLY duly accredited journalists (reporters, photographers and video cameramen) will be allowed to operate within and around the Convocation Arena. Such persons MUST have registered with the Public Relations and Protocol Unit, First Floor, Academic Office Complex, latest by the close of work on Thursday, 4th January, 2024.
