Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo has sent condolence letter to the Vice President (VP) of Nigeria, Senator Kashim Shettima over the death of his Step Mother, Hajia Hauwa Abba Kormo who passed to glory in the early hours of today.
“We received the news with sadness and pains”, he added.
Governors made a quotation in his letter, stating, “the one who is adored the most by God, is the one who achieves eternal live”. “We will miss her he added”.
Rest of the letter reads;
“For the family she left behind, be strong and may the Lord give you the strength to sail these tough moments of life.”
“We pray for the soul of the departed to rest in peace, and may Allah (SWT) grant you and the entire family the fortitude to bear the loss.
“Once again, please accept the deepest sympathies and solidarity, both of myself and of the good people of Kogi State.
