My Dear People of Adavi Local Government Area of Kogi State, it is with great pleasure and humility, I present myself to you as your Son, Brother and Friend.
Omeiza PETERS is my name, a true son of the soil, an indigene of Adavi and hail from Kuroko.
Let me begin by saying, “Nothing is Impossible as the word itself said, I’m Possible”
I hereby Publicly declare to join the race of Chairmanship, Adavi LGA in the next Kogi Local Government Election, under the platform of our great Party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
I want to give God all the glory for a time like this, this is the day the lord has made and I am glad in it.
We have enjoyed the benevolence and good governance of H.E. Alh. Ahmed Usman ODODO, the Executive Governor of our dear State and I have personally learn a lot from his good policies and his style of governance and on this track we shall ride to success.
Let me express my deepest gratitude for the privilege of being able to write you all again in this manner. I have been opportune to enjoy your support in times past, in previous capacities I have served and I still owe you all eternal gratitude. Today is a particular privilege for me so let’s face it, my presence at this level is very unlikely.
Dear Adavians and our readers, in this period of electioneering of LGA Election, I affirm the greatness of our dear Local Government Area (Adavi), not because of our numbers or the prestige that surround our political system. My pride is based on a very simple belief – the belief in our individual and collective potentials to stereotype Adavi into phase of Front burner amidst others and place it as high as skyscraper for other local Government Areas.
We have more work to do for our dear Adavians who have high hope in good governance, that can be in this time and in this age. We have been left behind over time especially in terms of immense technological advancement & HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT.
We are recreating and rewriting a new ADAVI, through Redemption, Rejuvenation and Renovation (R^3).
In this election era, we have that choice and the time is NOW. I embody the deepest values that our people has lost over the years.
I understand the ideals of socialization, commitment, and service, because they’ve defined my life — from my first opportunity to serve till now, I have placed values and set the pace high.
My aspiration is never borne out of hatred, jealousy or envy but of advocacy and implementation of good governance.
The “MAGA MOVEMENT” (Making Adavi Great Again) is a way to go and next moving train unstoppable, we shall not disappoint, God’s willing.
In the end, that’s what this election is about. I call on us to believe and build together for sustainability and accountability. I call on us to move forward together as a people to grow and to elevate our dear Local Government, (Adavi) and I call on us to win together, because it is always GREATER2GEDA.
Let me leave you with this lines; “Fear kills dreams, do not be afraid, you will succeed”
If you can DREAM it, you can ACHIEVE it…
So help us GOD!
