The National Association of Government General Medical and Dental Practitioners (NAGGMDP), Kogi State chapter, has Felicitated with the newly sworn-in Kogi Governor, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo; and his Deputy, Hon. Joel Oyibo Salifu.
The congratulatory statement was jointly issued by the Chairman of the association Dr. Ugoh Stanley Nkemakolam and its Secretary, Dr. Okundaye Benson on Monday in Lokoja.
The Association extolled the immediate past Governor, His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for upscaling the approval of the hazard allowance from 50% to 100% and for a successful handover ceremony.
“There’s no doubt that the incoming Governor, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo and his deputy has all it takes to move the state to the next level,” the association said.
The doctors pray for God’s devine protection and wisdom to be upon the governor and his deputy for good health, as they pilot the affairs of the State.
