Hon. Leke Abejide has expressed his condolences over the death of three prominent sons of Isanlu community in Yagba Federal Constituency, Prof. Aiyedun, Lt. Col. Teidi and Prince Toyin Ikuborije.
Hon. Abejide described their demise as a tragic one to the Isanlu community and expressed condolences to their families and the entire Isanlu community.
The demise of Prof Aiyedun was a great loss to the academic world, The Late Prof Aiyedun was a teacher and an administrator par excellence who made great remarks in the education sector to impact knowledge.
In the same vein the death of Lt.Col. Teidi who served until his death as a gallant military officer in the Nigerian Army and a great Prince, Toyin Ikuborije.
In a condolence message, he said:
“It is heartbreaking to lose our esteemed sons at a time when their profound wisdom and guidance are hugely needed in our community and the entire Yagba.
“I expressed my heartfelt condolences to the immediate families of Prof. Aiyedun, Lt. Col. Teidi and Prince Toyin Ikuborije, I equally commiserate with the Isanlu community over the loss of these three prominent sons.
“My prayer is that God grant repose to their souls, and grants the families and community the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.”
