To you our dear Chief Edward David Onoja, this is to as a mark of honor extend my congratulatory note on your successful completion of tenure as the Deputy Governor of our dear Kogi State. Most importantly , thank God for the gift of life, and His mercy upon you.
Notably, you are nothing short of a trailblazer, trendsetter, and a visionary leader. No man is flawless and indispensable, but how you have conducted yourself all along—especially in recent times—is worth celebrating. Without mincing words, this also underscores the innate ability in you to manage issues appropriately and further project you as a thought- leader with immense finesse that you are.
Politics is complex, and there is always more than meets the eye. From the seeming imbalance at hand, I trust that as a man with an unwavering character of a winner, you have your pieces together. Per action and modus operandi, you have severally made it known that you are not a career politician, and I think that’s instructive enough, and as well fine. However, we pray and hope for your elevation as your path remains promising judging by the seeds you have sown in your own way, which is fair considering.

Thank you for your significant and highly revolutionary contribution in redefining leadership, especially bringing it to the youth constituency as a deviation from the culture in practice hitherto 2016.
Thank you for remaining focused despite jest by some amongst whom are even those that you brought to the limelight, and regardless of the instigations (within and beyond) amidst the unending and peculiar complications in our political space as a State.
Your inspiring style that I, for one, can’t deny even in the days of ‘I no gree, I no gree,’ is matchless, and I am sure such kind of projection will remain a watchword for many out there, and of course including my humble self.
As you retire from this marathon, remember the street where you rose remain with you, so we trust you will continue to keep and preach peace notwithstanding what the days after now brings your way.
