The Chairman of Mopamuro Traditional Council (MATC) and the Elulu of Mopa, His Royal Majesty, Oba Muyiwa Ibeun has sent his congratulations to the newly sworn in Chairman of Mopamuro Local Government, Hon. Ademola Bello aka Destiny and his Vice, Hon. Joy Dalumo.
This was contained in a statement released to journalists on Monday after the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, swear in the Chairmen of all the 21 local government who won under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The Elulu also congratulates the councillors-elect who are yet to be sworn in.
He charges them all to serve in the interest of the people, adding that the infrastructural development of the local government and human development of Mopamuro is paramount to the traditional council.
Praying for Kogi State and congratulating Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, and councillors across the State, Elulu wish them a successful tenure under the leadership of Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo.
