Kabba/Bunu Ijumu Federal Constituency, Kogi State – As the world celebrates the dawn of a new year, Rt. Hon. Mathew Olushola Kolawole, the immediate past Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, has embarked on a mission to spread joy and empowerment to his constituents.

In the spirit of the festive season, Kolawole brought joy and hope to over 100 widows and widowers in Kabba/Bunu Ijumu Federal Constituency, providing them with valuable items and a cash donation of ₦20,000 each. This gesture aims to alleviate their financial burdens and bring some warmth to their homes.

But that’s not all – Kolawole also kicked off the new year with a bold initiative to empower the youth in his constituency. Over 500 young individuals have been enrolled in his payroll, and he has already paid their December stipend. This move is a testament to Kolawole’s commitment to the welfare and development of his constituents. By supporting vulnerable members of society and investing in the youth, he is helping to create a more inclusive and prosperous community for all.

As the former Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Kolawole has consistently demonstrated his dedication to the people of Kogi State.
