Why Top Supporters of Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar are Leaving the Duo in Droves to Supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR

In recent times, the 2023 Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi and his counterpart of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), H.E Atiku Abubakar, have been loosing their supporters and even Party stalwarts in their large numbers to Winner of the Presidential Election, H.E President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, because of the following reasons:

1. Peter Obi’s 2023 Presidential Campaign was full of make-beliefs, lies, deceits and emptiness. His rhetorics are far from undergoing the test of realities.

2. Peter Obi promised to give what he did not have, knowing fully well it is a legal misnomer and fakery for one to give what one did not have. Making Nigeria a production economy from consumption economy within a couple of four years is a mirage.

3. Peter Obi, having used his Presidential Campaign to amass wealth from uninformed Nigerians abroad, resorted to telling Nigerians that *he no dey give shii-shii*, while he was busy making shii-shii through his Presidential Campaign.

4. Peter Obi refused to foot his sundry election expenses, having ceded the commitment to his teeming supporters who ended up in huge debt amid hunger, after footing Obi’s Presidential Campaign.

5. Peter Obi milked Anambra State dry, served only the interests of the Catholic Church to the detriment of the generality of the Anambrarians, and diverted the State’s coffers using his cronies and business associates.

6. The hunger in the land started after Peter Obi used and dumped Nigerians who thought he was the messiah sent to save the day. Most of us who borrowed to have a new Nigeria in Peter Obi had our hopes shattered when it became obvious Obi could not pay even his party agents.

7. Peter Obi used Ojukwu’s influence to become the Governor of Anambra State and later dumped Ojukwu. Obi’s selfish political motives saw him hiding under churches and perceived Igbo marginalisation to curry favours from the masses in a bid to actualise his sinister political interests.

8. The same way Ojukwu selfishly plunged the Igbos into human disasters called war was the same way Peter Obi wanted to use the Igbo people to make an in-roads into the Presidency.

9. Most top politicians of Anambra extraction too denigrated the rest of the Igbo people from the remaining four States, with claim of their superiority and fat pockets among other Igbo people.

10. Any politician, knowing fully well that politics is capital-intensive, but decided to allow people put their own funds on table for campaigns, must be a scammer. Peter Obi is a scammer. The funds donated by diasporan Nigerians for his campaigns could not be accounted for, up till now while he flagrantly refused to foot his Campaigns. He willfully decided to impoverish the masses using his Campaigns, and now resort to using poverty as his Campaign Tool.

11. The hunger in Nigeria today started immediately Peter Obi disappointed those who sacrificed all they had to foot his Campaigns. Obi knew he would not win in 2023 but decided to use his presidential foray to amass wealth for his 2027 presidential voyage of misery.

12. Peter Obi should not be taken seriously as he belongs to the PDP, trying to use the LP to garner more supporters for his parent party come 2027.

13. Atiku Abubakar of the PDP, knowing fully well that it was the turn of the South to produce the President of Nigeria – going by the rotational formulae, wanted another eight years for the North, after Buhari, his fellow Fulani man had taken eight years to govern Nigeria.

14. To tell Nigeria how desperate Obi and Atiku were, the duo have been moving from one Party to another since 1999 to actualise their sinister selfish ambitions without minding the implications of such for the survival of the Nation. The political ambitions of Obi and Atiku were selfishly motivated to just govern Nigeria in their lifetimes.

15. Peter Obi and Atiku were behind the #EndSars protests and the recent #EndHunger Protests in Nigeria just to bring down the people-centric government of the highly-exalted President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

16. Peter Obi told us glaringly as his supporters to vote for the PDP in any State where the LP did not have Candidates during 2023 General Election. What do we need to know that Obi and Atiku are one but using different political parties to deceive the masses.

17. Atiku and Obi are just deceiving the Igbos using the fact that they were marginalised in Nigeria. Thank God that President Tinubu had balanced power in Nigeria and pacified the perceived marginalised Igbos.

18. How will Obi who wants to govern Nigeria is being governed by APGA/APC in his own State? That goes on to prove that Obi is not yet ripe to become the President of Nigeria.

19. Those who are leaving the PDP and Obi in droves and joining the APC have been deceived by the antics of the duo, so they have seen the true pictures on the two sides of the coin. We have seen the sinister plans of Obi and Atiku. The APC-Tinubu is far better than the two PDP leaders rolled together.

20. After plunging Nigerians into hunger, Obi and Atiku wanted to re-unite their blind supporters using ill-conceived and wicked protests. Both leaders are dipping hands on the pockets of the blind masses to foot their political career. What wicked leaders!

21. Igbo people should be wiser and shun the PDP. After sixteen years, nothing could be shown in the southeast from the stewardship of the PDP government at the centre, except the appointment of Ihejirika as the then Chief of Army Staff and Sen. Anyim Pius Anyim as the SGF. Today, even Anyim has just joined the APC.

22. Peter Obi installed his stooge, Julius Abure, who turned the LP as his private estate. The same Obi parades himself as the LP Presidential Candidate, but distances himself from all the internal activities of the party. Obi never funded the LP, but ended up milking the blind supporters of the party dry. What a wicked politician!

23. The APC gave the Igbo people Second Niger Bridge that the PDP-led Federal Government abandoned since 1999.

24. Buhari Government gave the Igbo people world-class renowned business school in UNN, immortalised Dr. Azikiwe with a befitting monument, but the PDP ended up deserting the Igbo land without any meaningful infrastructural development.

25. In all, the APC did much well in Igbo land as can be felt and witnessed. Many abandoned federal roads by the PDP in southeast are getting finishing touches by the APC-led Federal Government.

26. The APC government, in truth, benefits the Southeast than the PDP government as can be testified by numerous physical infrastructures executed by the APC-led Federal Government in Igbo land.

27. Creation of Southeast Development Commission by the current Federal Government of President Tinubu is the best good done to the Igbo people. What has the PDP done for us in Igbo land except deceiving us into believing that the APC is Boko Haram party.

28. Atiku and Obi did not have the interests of their teeming supporters at heart, as they are only bent on clinging unto power to actualise their sinister selfish political ambitions.

29. Atiku and Obi are mere deceivers, without nothing on ground for their teeming supporters, no wonder the likes of Daniel Bwala and Kenneth Okonkwo, both learned lawyers, who saw the whole hand-writing on the wall, chose to defect to the APC.

30. Nigerians should resist the corrupt PDP in its entirety and support the progressive government of the APC. Mysteriously, the hunger in the land was caused by the PDP government of which Atiku and Obi were top leaders.

31. The PDP, in a desperate bid to return to power, plunged the Nation into hunger, hardship and frustration and attributed the woes to the current Federal Government, that is barely two years in power, has been moving around and creating fake images and political gimmicks to deceive the gullible supporters come 2027.

32. While Atiku and Obi have been known to be the villains, President Tinubu has been ordained by God to take Nigeria to the promised land.

33. The democratic revolution that the likes of Atiku and Obi claimed to want to bring on board has been mysteriously given to the Nation by President Tinubu-led APC government.

34. The masses must be wiser and embrace the inclusive government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

35. People of Nigeria should desert Peter Obi for his joining suite with a Northern element, Atiku, to make the turn of the South to govern Nigeria ungovernable for President Tinubu. Peter Obi is an enemy to the Southern Nigeria in a bid to actualise his sinister selfish political interests.

36. Nigerians should follow where there is road. There is certainly road in President Tinubu-led APC government. There is going to be light at the end of the tunnel. President Tinubu is far much better than those PDP surrogates struggling to bring Nigeria back to another locust years.

37. Nigerians are advised to walk in patriotism to enjoy the numerous policies put in place by President Tinubu, which will soon begin to bear more unprecedented fruits.

38. President Tinubu loves the poor masses as he embarked on devolution and decentralisation of powers to give succour to the grassroots in Nigeria.

39. Nigerians should wise up and queue behind President Tinubu as he is set to lift the Nation out of poverty and return it to the path of prosperity.

40. Let us shun the PDP one-chance sinking ship that wants to take Nigerians again into another voyage os misery and destruction in 2027.

41. Say no to politically-motivated protests of the PDP and embrace the peaceful regime of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

42. Politics is too deep, so don’t allow yourself to be taken into another voyage of I-no-dey-give-shii-shii in 2027 again.

43. The PDP wanted to use protests to destroy the Igbo people and make them to fight or hate President Tinubu.

44. Protests in Nigeria now are motivated by the selfish interests of Atiku and Peter Obi. Please, Nigerians, let us shun any form of protests now. Must we be used and dumped by the selfish opposition politicians?

45. Let the sleeping barking dog (the PDP) lie, while the giant lion of good purpose roars and maintain sanity in the Nation’s political system.

46. President Tinubu remain the best President Nigerian has ever produced. Soon, Nigerians will start singing Hosannah instead of crucify him.

47. What is happening in Nigeria is a mystery. President Tinubu is destined to bring light to the darkened Nation called Nigeria.

God bless Nigeria!

May God keep blessing the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
