Hon Komolafe O. Dennis Lauds the Leadership of Mopamuro APC for Fulfilling Promise to Zone the Council Leader’s Seat to Ward 06
On behalf of Ward 06 (Orokere Amuro), I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to the leaders of All Progressive Congress (APC) including the Commissioner for Information and Communication to Kogi State Government, Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo; The Executive Chairman of Mopamuro, Hon. Ademola Bello Destiny, The House of Assembly Member representing Mopamuro on the floor of Kogi State House Of Assembly, Hon. Olawumi Jacob and every other APC stakeholders for your steadfast commitment to fulfilling your promise by zoning the Council Leader Seat of our Local Government Legislative Arm to our community (Orokere – Ward 06). This decision is not just a political gesture; it reflects your dedication to inclusivity and fairness, and we are truly thankful for that.
The zoning arrangement has provided our ward with an invaluable opportunity to influence local policies, advocate for our community’s needs, and contribute to the overall legislative processes of the local government. We are excited about the potential for positive change this will bring and are eager to working closely with you and other leaders to address the challenges we face as a people and to harness the opportunities before us for the benefit of all.
Your leadership has always been characterized by a genuine concern for the welfare of the people. By prioritizing our ward, you have reinforced our belief in the principles of the All Progressives Congress – equity, justice, and quality representation. We appreciate the recognition and honour. I wish to assure you that we will not take it for granted, and your trust in us to carry forward the responsibilities that come with this leadership role effectively will not be betrayed.
We promise to work closely with the council leader, Hon. (Mrs) Odunayo Olupeka and other critical stakeholders toward innovative and lifelong solutions that will uplift Mopamuro and enhance the quality of life for all our residents in the days ahead.
