The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Kogi State branch, has commended Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for his purposeful and impactful leadership in the state in the last one year.
ESV John Eniwaiye, the honourary publicity pecretary of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, gave the commendation in a statement issued to journalists on Saturday.
Eniwaiye appreciated the tireless efforts of Governor Ododo in piloting the affairs of the State adding that, since he assumed office on 27th January 2024, Kogi State have been wearing a new look in all sector which is visible in the eyes of the world.
The statement reads in part “Infrastructural developments, education, healthcare, security, citizens welfare beyond civil servants only, peace and progressive policies enjoyed by all Kogites home and abroad under your visionary leadership are all proof that Kogi State has witnessed a significant strides under your leadership.
“Your Excellency, we can say categorically that your commitments to good governance, leadership, transparency, and accountability has earned you the respect and admiration of the people at large.
“However, your style of leadership shows that the servant leader’s achievements can really speak volumes more than their words. You have truly demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and working tirelessly to promote the welfare of all.
“Your administration’s initiatives, such as the harmonising tax, land use policies and other projects to ameliorate title documents registration perfection is another critical development our professional body admired and wish you create a platform for inclusion of private practice (registered Estate Surveyors and Valuers) by bringing them on board for workability and sustainability of your real estate related programs in the State.
“Please, do accept our warmest felicitations on this milestone anniversary. We pray that the Almighty God will continue to lead, guide, strengthen and protect you as you progressively steer the ship of our dear State towards greater fulfilments”.
